Metal Walls
Our metal wall systems provide variety of customized design solutions for versatile applications. Complete acoustic wall solutions with large module sizes which can be upright as well as reclined panels. Clean aesthetic appearance with ease of installation makes these much more feasible for large areas. The service can be easily integrated at factory level if required into the panels to avoid in-situ tailoring.
Surface
Galvanized steel and aluminum. The thickness of the material depends on the structural requirements. The galvanized steel and aluminum can be power-coated in white matt [similar to RAL 9016] or according to customer specifications. The coating thickness is approx. 60 um. As standard, the planks are designed with sharp 90 degree edge, but can also be delivered with 45 degree chamfer with a 3mm joint reveal.
