Clip-in Ceiling Tiles
The metal ceiling system is a clip-in systems suitable for use in rooms that require a pressure-resistant suspension hanger, such as kitchens, clean rooms or open office spaces. Its symmetrical panels allow the friction-locked system to be mounted easily and flexibly. Furthermore, these can be optimized in terms of acoustics as per requirement of the customer.
Surface
Galvanized steel and aluminum. The thickness of the material depends on the structural requirements. The galvanized steel and aluminium can be power-coated in white matt (similar to RAL 9016) or according to customer’s specification. The coating thickness is approx. 60 um as standard, the tiles are designed with sharp 90 degree edge, but can also be delivered with 45 degree chamfer.
