Lay-in Ceiling Tiles
The metal tile lay-in system comes with a suspension system with visible sub structure. This system is distinguished optically by an offset of approx. 15 mm or 24 mm between the tile and the carrier. The easy-to-install sub structure and symmetrical panels guarantee easy installation. Furthermore, these can be optimized in terms of acoustics as per requirement of the customer.
Surface
Galvanized steel and aluminum. The thickness of the material depends on the structural requirements. The galvanized steel and aluminum can be power-coated in white matt [similar to RAL 9016/9013] or wood designs in any RAL shade according to customer specifications. The coating thickness is approx. 60 um as standard, the tiles are designed with sharp 90 degree edge, but can also be delivered with 45 degree chamfer.
