Curved Metal Ceilings with Hook-on
The very strong curved panels over Hook-on installation system are versatile custom systems for metal ceiling designs offering a broad range of panel sizes, perforations, and finishes. This system uses J-bar suspension to install a Curved metal panel which can be concave of convex for interior installation only. The system is fully concealed leaving 3mm reveal joint details with a perimeter option.
Surface
Galvanized steel and aluminum. The thickness of the material depends on the structural requirements. The galvanized steel and aluminum can be power-coated in white matt [similar to RAL 9016] or according to customer specifications. The coating thickness is approx. 60 um. As standard, the planks are designed with a square edge and supports a minimal design achievement over installation.
Perforation and Acoustics
Metal panels are available perforated with acoustic fleece or nor perforated. We offer the following perforations.
